We got a room with bidet. The staff were all superbly friendly, affable.

Location right by the Christ Church and jonker street, the dataran pahlawan mall and many restaurants & jonker street. Also, near to the river. Good-sized rooms & clean bathrooms.

There were Wi-Fi and a chair in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The staff were nice and amicable and the location was fantastic near to famous Pak Putra Naan restaurant.

Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles. Comfortable room with 2 queen-sized beds and good air conditioner and excellent bathrooms. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Clean, cool room with spacious family rooms. Walking distance to Jonker Street night market. Polite and helpful staff. Calm location near river with fast WiFi and cheap food option.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with bathtub, 2 queen-sized beds, GOOD air conditioner was not a problem. The location is convenient, relatively near a modern tower.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. The staff was all really friendly. The location was particularly good, we were a short walk to the heart of Malacca. It was located in a fairly quiet area.

Our recent stay at Cozy Riverside was exceptional. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Jonker Street and surrounded by great restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities. Despite a small issue with the water heater, it didn't significantly impact our experience. The hotel provided great value for the money. we would highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and convenient stay.

The room at Cozy Riverside was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the vibrant center of town. I especially enjoyed the convenience of having free water available right outside our room. The friendly staff added to the pleasant experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of soundproofing and the need for a shelf in the shower, I would still highly recommend this hotel. I had a great time and would definitely choose Cozy Riverside for my next visit.

The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was reasonably spacious. The room with bathtub. The location was great near asam pedas restaurant. Besides, it was right by other nearby eateries and centre of melaka.
